That *used* to be the rule, back when the Giants ran the ticket resale - you could NOT re-sell for less than the original price. In fact, you couldn't resell for less than "orig ticket price + Giants 10% fee". Since MLB took over (and awarded sales to stubhub), I'm not sure if that is still the rule or not.
Pitch count isn't an issue, if that's your concern.

If that is still the rule with stubhub, seems like an opportunity for a tertiary market.
Because elite pitchers own the game. And nearly every team has one really good pitcher, who you are likely to face in any four game series.
Probably not enough volume available for that. Interested buyers and sellers aren't that numerous on the secondary, there'd be almost no one on the tertiary
Maybe if the Giants were to get themselves one of these "elite pitchers", they would be able to avoid the sweeps.
