The only fantastic thing about these East coast games during weekdays is that I don't get home from work until they're long over... and I can watch the Sharks stink it up on the DVR at 4x speed... i.e. an entire game in about 7 minutes. <-- Awesome!

But I'd rather put in the time and watch a good win at 1x speed, of course.

Same here, but fortunately or unfortunately (depending on how they're playing) I can still listen to Rusanowsky and Baker streaming online for free on KFOX.com. Good that the NHL doesn't have the same game broadcast rules as the NFL, NBA, or MLB.

After yesterday's shutout, scoring the first goal today is that much more important for the Sharks.

When the season started, WAS got off to a pretty good start (9-2-0). I was surprised because they had a bit of roster turnover much like the Sharks, and while the Sharks struggled, the Caps seemed fine. That didn't last long.

Hopefully, that one won't come back to haunt the Sharks. Had them demoralized until that goal. Washington should have some energy coming out in the 3rd.

Having better ice and a much less D-oriented team to face over last night helped SJ get the win. Sharks still need a trade or two to become a serious threat. 2nd round exit with this group right now.

I think the past two games showed how good the Blues are and how bad the Caps are. I really like the PP after the All Star break. No more standing around, passing it around as if some huge passing lane is going to open up. Just simple player movement, shoot and look for rebounds. Good way to rebound after yesterday's game.
