GDT: 49ers Vs. Cardinals 12/11/11

The disappointing thing for me today was the shitty defense. I understand the offensive struggles, but a 12 point lead against the Cards in the second half should be money in the bank. No pass rush, shitty coverage, poor tackling. If we had lost 14-12 I could've lived with it, but the D gave up three TDs. Anytime the D gives up 3 TDs we should expect to lose.

Ah well, could be a good thing for Shittsburgh prep.

Against a nothing QB too. But they do have one of the best WRs, and they were at home.

Yeah, I assumed Fitz would get his. I did not see the Niners letting them in the end zone three times though. At 19-7, you had to figure that with our defense the game was pretty much over.

Pretty disappointing, but on to MNF we go...

I don't know much about football, or the 49ers in general to say this with any certainty.....but I wonder if the players had an emotional let down after officially qualifying for the playoffs?

The 49ers forum on this site is great, but it's not easy to have a good conversation since they have like 10 posts per minute. Also, "NinerSickness" is a little fucking whiner (I think he's an alt of someone), so I'll post here, lol.

I posted a few times over there yesterday. Some good guys, but a lot of whining yesterday. And the analogy between the 49ers offense and the Giants' hitting seems pretty accurate.

A 12-4 finish, or an 11-5 finish would be great for these guys. Could still finish 13-3, though. Yeah, and I could be the next Walter Loos.
