Here's what I keep telling myself. If the 49ers score even 1 TD instead of a punt/FG in that first half, the whole game changes after that and who knows if the game unfolds the exact same way after that? Not to say that the 49ers wouldn't have blown it open even further either. I'm just saying that that's how I try and look at it.

Yeah, the misses by CK to VD hurt a lot. I still feel that Walker's "fumble" was BS though.

Its like yeah, good to be up, but it feels like they should be up by a lot more. Plus they're kinda lucky to have even got that last FG with that bad throw by CK that probably should have been an INT.

The defense needs to just come out and smoke 'em for 30 more minutes. The offense sucked on a lot of plays but they did keep the ball away from the Patriots for almost the entire 2nd quarter with their time-consuming drives.
