In the last game, Brock had zero margin for error in the 2nd half. One turnover that led to any Cincy points and Denver is playing this weekend for their lives. Pretty incredible.

Feel good that Manning is available as his backup.

I don't think this is true - Brock - had the team in place for a winning FG - botched. Brock had the team on the go for a winning TD - fumble. Brock and the Broncos still won the game. If everyone played to Brock's level - they game wouldn't have been close and the Broncos would have won in regulation.

I am indeed happy to have Manning in reserve - and I hope he gets quality reps. I also hope - going full cycle here - Peyton Manning gets to feel like dozens of other QBs who have been on the same roster with him - like he deserves more snaps.

Gary Kubiak - made a gutsy call putting Manning in in the 2nd half - I've got to hand it to him.

Actually liked the move (I know Mr anti Manning) we got a spark and won. I do wonder what effect this move will have going forward for FO and Brock though we'll see.

Manning didn't provide a spark - per se - he settled the team down and provided controlling leadership.

This right here. Honestly Manning throwing wasn't anything special. He did a lot of short throws. Probably other than helping calm the team down his best decision was checking the run play to the left instead of the right. The turnovers though were just getting out of hand. I don't think I have seen anything like it. Most of what happened yesterday was not Brock's fault and I hope the coaches do a good job this week showing him that and keeping his confidence high. I still think he is the best option for us in the playoffs.

Kubiak panicked and it work out yesterday. Manning is still weaked arm and defenses can scheme him rather easily. I give him credit for finding a way to win it but it was a Very odd game. Kubiaks worst case scenerio came true. Denver imploded with everything to play for.

Brock probably has 3 times as many teams that are now interested in his services next year than before he started to play. I guess the Broncos can ease the pain of his benching with a couple extra $$MM next year.

I was growing fond of Brock. He better be here next year.

Best case would have been a big lead into the 4th and get Manning some snaps. That should have happened if the players would have held onto the ball.

I really don't think Kubiak panicked - he needed to get this team's attention and to get them to focus - Manning was a great option to do that. I give Kubes credit for that call.

Os will still be the starter - IMO. I also think the Broncos will save a little on his contract extension after yesterday (though that can change as we go forward).
