Gerry DiNardo alluded to some fact about how Wisconsin has their own recruiting rules within their own institution that actually holds them back from recruiting great players and he feels like that is one of the driving forces. I didn't listen close enough to get it all, but basically they fuck themselves over.
I don't know, everyone is different though. Gary Anderson reminds me a lot of myself. Money and fame isn't the main goal. Sometimes is just about you and your family being happy.
I never understood why coaches only leave places to move "up" in the public eye. I'd want to get away from the focus, personally.
