4. Michigan State home game, if Michigan State was not breaking in a new QB and new running back, I would be more worried. But they are. This is a matchup of strength on strength. It all depends on if Nebraska's defense is better than Michigan State's offense.
I want to start by pointing out that Maxwell is back and if he wins the starting job, technically he's a returning starter. Not a great one, but they aren't necessarily breaking in a new QB.

I pretty much agree with what you said about Michigan. I'm not expecting a win there so it doesn't worry me.

1. NW is my biggest worry. They always play NU tough. They have everything they need to beat us and Fitzy has proven he can out coach Bo.
2. UCLA - this is an early game and a team that should have a decent offense, so it worries me quite a bit because of our young defense.
3. The rest - Not going to specifically call out PSU here, i just don't think we know enough until the season gets started for me to worry. If they've won most of their games leading up to us, then I will get worried.

I wouldn't call Michigan a definite loss. I'm not sold on Hoke being an elite coach any more than I am Bo.

I only picked them based upon trend.

Like many feel Nebraska's defense can only improve, I feel the same regarding Mich St's offense. They were horrid last season and now have a new OC, but the jury is out on the guy unless he's got Terell Pryor type talent at QB.

1. UCLA- early game against a team that scorched the Blackshirts last year. I think the D will be significantly improved, but young D's in early season games? May not have their bearings. This game could give us a very good idea of what the D's identity will be this season.
2. Michigan- The Big House did not treat us too well last time. Prove to us we can win in that type of environment.
3. Northwestern- I don't think they'll be sneaking up on us AGAIN. Unfortunately, I think they are just going to be flat out good.
4. Penn State- Hostile environment, good coach, opponents with nothing to lose attitudes. We may have more talent, but that doesn't always translate to wins.
5. Iowa- .........:laugh3:

Going to Purdue game, should be a W.

NW - It is hard to beat smart, good athletes
MU - Think winnable, but when is last time Huskers had a road W at top team's house?
UCLA - at home and should get revenge. Unless they prepare/act like the TX game in Lincoln the year after Champ Game
PSU - always 50/50 shot at Happy Valley, but should be W unless Huskers implode. Potential for
T-Tragic 3-4 turnover game. You know he will have one of those this year, just matter of where. Could happen in Ann Arbor as well :bawling:

Not concerned about any game. This offense should outscore any team on the schedule, with out a doubt. But then you have to factor in the defensive prowess in general. And then whatever the hell Bo's game plan is.

So, i guess I should be worried about every game.
