I am a fan of moving Patty to center. As Thornton's wing, I can't help but feel Marleau thinks his role is to get the puck to Thornton, then go find a place to get a pass. As center, there is no clear cut defined role for Patty and that's a good thing.

If it's Couture/Thornton/Pavs, Thornton will have his work cut out for him. Hopefully Couture's late goal in game 3 marks the end of his slump. Now gotta get Pavs out of his slump.
