Far too many turnovers. Can't get any offensive flow going. Minnesota is all over them and clogging up the neutral zone. What did they end up with? 3 or 4 shots on goal that second period?
Have to give credit to the Wild, Yeo stated in-game the Wild would be pressing at the neutral zone to stop speed and therefore set up and attack. They've done that.
Kings are going to have to revert to dump and turnover this period. They have the big bodies, pitch it in and outwork them down low to set up chances in the slot.
Not looking any better this period so far. Kings look like they're trying to protect a 1-goal lead, not overcome a 1-goal deficit. No sustained pressure. It's one shot (not always on goal) and back out of the zone. Now they have to kill another penalty.
