Don't be a jabroni.
It's game day, 7pm start on FDS. Nothing planned in the Puck household except the game and Del Taco, don't feel like cooking tonight. Had the usual annual bloodwork done last week, all good sans high cholesterol. Going to celebrate by stuffing my face with a Del Combo burrito, 3 tacos and chili cheese fries. If there's one thing Ox and Pucky Sr taught me with their deaths, it's life is short. Enjoy the steak, buy the Harley, go on that vacation and eat that f**king Del Taco.
Nothing really new to report except Laferriere is out with a UBI, presumably from the McJesus play. He stands up for himself and what happens? Seems like Jill benched him and that led to the 4v4 goal. I don't think that's fair at all, punishing him. I've liked Laferriere since day 1, like him even more now after getting in McJesus' face. Don't like how he was treated.
Kuemper the likely starter and the 11/7 again with Jeannot moving back up with Foegle and Buster and TOTM dropping down with Fiala and Dunno. Helenius is back in the line up to center L4 and Jeannot the likely wing who will rotate in with them.
Vancouver has only won 3 of their last 13 but get this: 5 OT losses. That's worse than LA numbers and that's just the last 13. My point: they're due, that regression stuff only stays for so long so I expect a vigilant effort from the Canucks tonight. Expect Thatcher Demko, another Junior Kings product. Good goalie.
Prediction: Kings 4-2, back to the W column. Goals by Kempe, Spence, Fiala and TOTM who desperately needs a goal with an *actual* goalie in net.
Let's Go Kings!
