Back at it today, seems like Wed was forever ago. Lineup changes tonight with Arvdisson on LTIR (reminder: LTIR designation means the player is out at least 24 consecutive days or 10 games so we won't be seeing him until mid November earliest I'm thinking. They've said the usual LBI but to me that means his back has flared up again and those are tricky for recovery time), expect the following:

34 - serving last game of 4 game suspension
7 - healthy scratch
28, 29 and 53 - season debuts
Hurricanes defense is deep, forecheck is relentless so this will be a challenge. Hopefully the Kings are prepared and ready to play.
I won't be able to catch the game until late 3rd or a replay but I'll be checking here and the interwebz for updates. Why?
- thought I caught a break when Ms. Puck II asked me if she could skip her softball game tonight (she never misses games or practices). Selfishly I was hoping this was the case. But...
- said softball game has now been replaced with her boyfriend's* football game at the local HS. Game will run 7-9pm. It's his last home game of the season and we didn't get to see him on the home field so I said OK to skip since you never ask and she has at least 8 games left.
Let's Go Kings!
* grosses me out to think she has a boyfriend. Ms Puck I (who turned 18 on Tuesday 10/10 - hope some of you fockers feel old, you were there all 18 years with me) is a salty f**k like me and hates people which includes boys. Good girl.
