Fringe players that I am Rooting for ... God Taylor looks good even when he is over thrown !

Thompson ...If he don't make the team I am going to be soooooooooooooo bum out ...

Garland with this signing he becomes fringe IMO

Vaughn, This guy was money last preseason ...I have yet to see him play ..at this point he is not fringe but probably a very long shot .

My guess is- Corey Nelson hasn't shown much - McCray may get an injury settlement or IR even. Might as well do Dysert now - too.

I think Jordan Norwood has earned himself a spot, and would not be included in the "fringe" category .. Same can be said for Barrett . . .

Fringe guys I am hoping stick are Jordan Taylor, Bennie Fowler, Ben Garland and, like you Crash, Thompson

I am really disappointed in Montee - at this point, based on what he's shown on the field, I'm not sure I even want him on the team - and he seems like a great guy .. sad

I think Denver would be crazy to get rid of Juwaun. Besides the fact I think he is more valuable than Ball with his ST ability, I think he could be a huge help if CJ got hurt to rotate with Ronnie. Too valuable IMO.

Also, with Denver " supposedly" going to be more run heavy, you can't have too many backs if that's the case these days. Hate to see either go but rather see Bibbs stay than Ball if it came down to those two.

I was going to say it too - about Bibbs and Ball

Montee just looks like a beaten man out there

I'm hoping that Kenny Anunike showed enough before he got hurt to have earned a place on this team. The kid from all that I heard and all we saw in that 1st preseason game was dominating everybody that was put in front of him. He could definitely help that DL rotation with Wolfe suspended.

Essentially the knee swelled up on him, had the scope, found no permanent damage but still needed a couple of weeks to heal. He should be back in practice this week or next from what I have understood. Just have to see though if what they saw in the first part of training camp and game 1 was enough for the team to keep him. I think it will be.

Hopefully there is a way the Broncos can trade him for anything. He is just to slow and catch or block as well that is needed. Has dropped to 4th on the RB depth chart. At Wisconsin he ran though holes that I could gain some yards on. Saw him play every week in at Wisconsin and never thought to myself he would be a good RB in the NFL. If they keep Ball hopefully I'm wrong but I just don't see any improvement from Ball at all. I was hoping the zone blocking scheme would help Ball out but so far hasn't happened.

So looks like Jordan Norwood has made the team. Kubiak at least talking to the media today made it sound like he has earned a spot on this team.

Not to knock your thoughts but 6 yards a carry his last 8 games with a couple 100 yard games his rooky year says there is some value . I have no clue why he is not showing up ???????????? but something is not right that I will agree ....

One of the youngsters that's kind of caught my eye and kinda rooting for is Louks. Kubrick said today he wants to give him some good looks Thursday. Whether that's strictly as return guy or as wr I didn't catch. Something about kid smells determination and Welker ish ability.:noidea:

That's the problem with judging RB's from Wisconsin. The O-lines they run behind are corn fed. Hard to know how much of it is the back, and how much is the cattle herd in front of him.

6 games doesn't show me enough. Many players have had 6 good games. Hell Trent Richardson was considered good his first few years, Chris Johnson had a couple big years and look at him now. It happens and this shouldn't be held against Ball but name me a Badgers RB that has ever amounted to being a Pro Bowl type player. Hopefully he proves me wrong and I will be the first one to admit it but I was against that pick from day one and it will take a lot for me to change my mind.

Well deserved and may become very valuable as a slot wr and on special teams.

Dead on. Just like when the Packers drafted Alex Green RB from Hawaii who had huge yards per carry(can't remember what it was) but easy to put up those numbers when you throw the ball 50 times per game and slip in a run here or there. Green now I believe is nowhere.
