BTW -- I actually can't argue with Hobs point. I bet there are a lot of free agents that would love to get here. That 'total dollar' figure is a joke in most places. Most franchises use the total dollars as a hook to satisfy players and agents egos, but they never intend to actually pay the deal. Here in Cincy, that contract is a bond..... As long as you don't get hurt or ask out, you're getting every penny. Even if you are no longer worth it.
