Brown may be the number 1 WR, but he is not the most VALUABLE WR.

Brown for Gio straight up is a good offer. Both are late first round values if we were to draft all over again right now. Don't mess up negotiations by being too greedy. Roddy is a non-factor for you anyway. No reason to include him in the counter.

I would put Brown at 2nd or 3rd, but only because Green and Calvin are hurt.

In PPR, I take Brown 3, Jordy 2.

I have a somewhat similar situation. Have Brown, Calvin Johnson, Benjamin, Hilton and Josh Gordon (starting one at Flex) in a 0.5 PPR league and Lamar Miller, Bradshaw, Storm Johnson and Pierre Thomas at RB. 5-1 and in first place, but I obviously need to make a trade. The trick is that it's a salary capped league with 3 keepers and all of my WRs except Calvin ($59) are making 10 bucks (with a $200 cap) or less. I'm thinking that Johnson might be the guy to deal, there's not a lot of trading in this league but he has huge name value that will probably get people interested.

I agree, but I would wait until he plays another game. His value will never be lower than it is right now.

Right, that's really the complication. I have to figure out if I can wait to trade him, but I think I probably can.

Just because he has the most points does not mean he is most valuable moving forward. The points he has already scored do not help you in the future.
