Found something new at the grocery store this afternoon

I was getting groceries and went to grab some barbeque sauce. Apparently head country made it's way north. The price discount is a gimmick because I'm sure as shit it wasn't there two weeks ago. I haven't been this excited for something random since the liquor store started stocking Shiner a few years ago.

Never had Head Country... Although I've never ventured out very far in the BBQ sauce world. Did recently pick up a habanero hickory from a farmer's market that was mothereffing delicious!!

It's the best. I've been using Cookies or Sweet Baby Rays for a while because they are decent but Head Country is something else.

I finally got to use it tonight. Made some bbq chicken breast for lunch tomorrow. When it got time to apply the sauce I took a sip. That stuff could make a bloody mary

I like Stubbs. Head Country and Sweet Baby Rays are good too though.

I suppose if I see it in Arizona I'll give it a try. Might already have it and I never paid attention. I actually like generic Kroger brand bbq sauce. I'll grab some sweet baby rays if I'm not at fry's/kroger's occasionally.
