That it is. They are a very top heavy roster. Got some great positions on the team, but the depth and overall quality to me is 4th in the division. Throw in having the worst QB situation in the division doesn't help. I also question how well they can take advantage of the weapons they have when that OL is down right terrible. Carr has never been a great QB when pressure is a problem.
