Food for LSU/GA, Ole Miss/Bama

This weekend seems to be shaping up nicely. This is a great weekend to bring out the new Weber.

Im going with chicken, sausage, burgers, pork steak, T-bones, porkchops and a little fish. Throw in some cabbage and fruit juice. I put the grill to great use during football season.

I got a 9lb brisket I am gonna put in the smoker tonight, will take about 14 hours. If you like smoked brisket or ribs you should get an electric smoker it is very easy.

Anyone ever heard of a Primo XL oval grill? Bought one about a year ago and it does everything well. Worth looking at. Always grill on Saturday for the games. Last week BB ribs; this week BBQ Chicken. It's all good.

Cheers to that....We welcome one and all. Some of my best times have come at these games, and we will do our best to be hospitable. If you can handle some trash talk, come on over. But all in all, we are very fun and will keep you entertained for sure. We will feed you some great grub (beer can chicken, steamed clams, deep fried turkey, Kahlua pig and stuffed burgers are some of the best), we will fill your belly with moonshine, whiskey or whatever your poison is, and I promise you will have a blast.

Come on over.....look for a tattered green Oregon flag on top of a black pirate flag and a cardboard cutout of Zack Galifinakous and baby Carlos, who will share a smoke with you if you like.

This is confirmed for tomorrow evening. Game doesnt kick off til 730 Pacific so we will be primed.

You have no clue what you are talking about. Automatic wood feeder, electronic temp control. The only down side is they do not get as hot as the gas ones but that is a small trade off.
