Foles or Kaep?

In standard leagues. I'm really having trouble on who to start. They play each other this week. I just have that gut feeling kaep will have a better week than foles. And Foles will have an off game after going off last week. What do you guys think?

I think they both have good games but Kaeps ability to get you rushing yards tips the scales for me.

Normally, I think Foles is the vastly superior option, but Philly's pass D is terrible.

If your gut is telling you Kaep I would go with your gut. I always hate changing my mind and missing out. I would rather be wrong going with the guy I thought would have the better game. Than being talked out of it by fantasy advice. I think the Eagles will have a tough time slowing Kaep down. The secondary is horrible and with Kendricks out they have no one who can spy him. The 49ers defense is not what it once was. But the Eagles OL makes me a little uneasy.

sure, but it also means a lot less if the 9ers shut down the Eagles this week. That hook up can work both ways! Personally, if I have a tough line-up decision I generally prefer to diversify, rather than bundle teammates. That is just me though, I know many prefer to do the opposite.

Also do I keep the lions defense? And play them over 49ers defense most weeks? They're 2nd in defensive fantasy points so far this season.

They look pretty good. I would play the Lions this week (and am playing them in MBBRL). If you can afford to roster 2 DSTs, then playing matchups with those 2 will likely be a good approach.
