It's called the Marchand Effect. Really, Subban and Marchand are pretty similar, they would be a good fit together on a team.

Yea, he embraced it after it was coined on an interview on some Boston sports radio show. Once it was said, people ran with it, started making shirts using the Wu Tang sign upside down to make an "M", and making banners and shit. The banners were everywhere during the Bruins parade.
