Having Gord working at the NHL level and Terry Murray working at the AHL level I really think that the younger D will benefit. How open to the coaching the Vets are is to be determined.

So I guess Paddock looked at the coaching situation and decided to leave maybe to get a better shot elsewhere or was he turfed? Either way maybe a change will help the D.
