here is what i would do with the players

QB KC bring into camp and give him the opportunity to win the job
Colt you could bring him into camp but i would draft a mid round guy and let him have a shot
RG3 time to cut ties with him . if you want to waste time with him in a competition then fine but he is the core of all the drama . cooley says it and i agree. Rg3 just draws in drama and we need to get rid of that because his play doesnt warrant the time dealing with this high maintenance diva

RB AM one of our bright spots
Helu i like what he brings . we should resign him if possible because he is a good change of pace ,rec. type . his blocking needs work
redd i like him but i want a more dynamic guy . bring him into camp but look for a 3rd down game changer here

WR keep garcon , Djax , roberts , grant , let go of hank and moss. look for a tall wr in draft

TE keep reed , i like paul but his blocking just doesnt cut it so bring him to camp , paulson should just be let go when another option becomes available

K kai is ok but i would look for a better option with a better leg on kick offs

o/line . william is a 3x pro bowler and the best guy on the o/line
lavoua cut when replacement arrives
stieger keep for now but get a replacement in soon
chester , cut and play long , morgan or a draft pick
t compton could be a swing tackle but he isnt a full time starter

man...i agree with just about everything.
However, might as well see what you can get from all 3 QBs.
You cut RGIII and miss the playoffs....AND RGIII ends up having a good season elsewhere.
Goodbye Gruden, and the media will turn on you again, the owner HAS NO control and has no idea what he is doing.

although this is true....its a big risk to keep drama around even after Robert is gone.
