If the Canucks score the next goal, I can see this game getting all kinds of nasty.

Teams have to shoot the puck for that to happen though. Not sure I’ve seen a series with so few shots on both sides.

Good 2 periods, save the lack of shots.

21:58 TOI for Myers tonight - Not bad for a guy coming off the flu.

I shouldn't have laughed so hard at this

The coverage showed a few Canuck fans cleaning the hood of the car.
There should be no celebration of this win outside a win alone fucking garbage effort
Think we watched a different game.

That was a pretty clinical low event road performance.
Withstood the initial surge, and terrific penalty kill.
Kept the front of the net pretty well controlled, lots of their shots were from the outside.

Observations from inside Bridgestone:

Vibe in the building was def NOT one of a dirty/physical/vicious game
But I remember the Broad Street Bullies, so that is my benchmark
Low event best described the game. Boring would be another
Agree with @puckhead . Canucks executed on the game plan perfectly. Defend DeSmith and wait for the Preds to screw up then attack our weak PK
A lot of very casual fans in the building. First home playoff game and the crowd was not nearly as strong as it could have been. Until Evangelista scored. Again kudos to the Canucks, their game plan helped a lot to take the crowd out

If Vancouver can keep playing this way, it’s basically over. We don’t have the offensive horses to create.
And yes, I am including Jankowski in that statement.
