I eagerly await the Marvin extension after getting our doors blown off by the Steelers in January. Burfict will likely be banned from the NFL for decapitating someone.

Hobs will pen his yearly fluff about how much progress the Bengals made with Marvin’s 8th playoff appearance and how injuries kept them from the Super Bowl.

With the 22nd pick in the 2019 draft, the Bengals will select a CB.

I think his talent is starting to dry up. Time to go out with a bang.

Remaining opponents:

Cleveland X2, Oak, Den, NO, @Bmore, @Pitt, @Chargers

Gregg Williams is now coaching Cleveland and I'm fairly sure the ownership does not want him to succeed. They want to pick their own guy for next season. I see some tanking happening here.... Though I'm not sure Williams will go along with it. This could get ugly for them. I think the Bengals will sweep them given their issues.

Gruden has a 10 year deal and wants the top pick in the draft. He'll be happy to lose to us.

Denver is competitive every week..... It's probably a toss-up game, but they're not one of the better offenses we'll face, so I figure we will win due to home field.

That's 4 wins right there and would get us to 9-7.... And that's not even counting the strong likelihood that the Steelers will be locked into a third seed when we play them week 17. They might throw the game just so we can get in and they can blow our doors off the next week.

Given the state of the rest of the AFC, it's hard for me to imagine this season ending in anything but a 6 seed and a playoff blowout.

If we play the chargers, we'll lose because it's the west coast.

If we play Pitt, we'll lose because that's what we're supposed to do.

we have a ready made excuse to lose a game we haven't even qualified for.
