yep, those were the only three I could even think of, and to me they should be non-starters.

which means you'd need to look at the current NHL roster and who there really would move the needle? Guentzel? Rust? Kapanen? doubtful. Marino? again when there is so little in the way of D talent to begin with, he should also be a non-starter IMO

Yeah even though Rush and Guentzel are good they will be looked upon as better than actual since they play with Crosby. Kapanen looks good but hasn’t proven it over a long term yet.
I agree Marino can’t go anywhere and sadly the same for Dumoulin.

The only other player with trade value is Tanev but that would be to a Stanley Cup contender only at the trade deadline. But what killed all his value was that long contract.
