Miami never rebuild and no need to. 2 nba finals appearances and 3 conference finals in the last 5 years. All they are missing is a title from that time frame. When it comes to playoffs consistent playoffs success, hard to find 2-3 teams with more playoffs success than them in this timeframe. You try your best to retool and go from there. Try to move Herro and others to see what you can get

I just hope everything that happened the last 2 weeks will lead to them to put more emphasis on the regular season because this should have been a 50-52 win team and a top 4 seed

They will try to move Herro but Bam and Jimmy are going nowhere. You don’t tear it down and become the charlotte hornets because you had 1 bad season in 5 years which was 2021. No need for a rebuild

If you think Miami should rebuild then I have about another 10 teams that should do the same that are good as well. Shit Boston should also blow it up by your logic when they don’t win the title
