Its cool you found something to have some fun with and is interesting to you. I just cannot understand how you get the grades for the picks and the overall is not even an average of the grades. Are they taking points away for trading down? I am guessing that final grade is just making you want to do it over and over.

Yeah it's actually a really cool site. You can draft as any team obviously but I don't claim to be an expert on the Bears let alone other teams so it's hard for me to mock their draft. It's a fun little tool to waste 15 minutes on while you avoid doing work lol

How did Garrett slip so far? He's going first.

While I agree that he's the best player in the draft, it's never overly surprising to see #1 and/or #2 reach for QB's. Especially when we're talking about Cleveland at #1, who notoriously has had some very bad reaches.

I do these from time to time on the first pick site, not sure why this one graded so lowly except for the offensive line factor. At no point in the draft did I see an OL worth where I was picking and took a better overall player at each spot. Obviously take these with a grain of salt, I don't expect Scott to be available in round 5 of the real draft.

Let me just say, I would be through the roof ecstatic if this was our draft... Heard some say Maholmes is shooting up the QB list.

That's a mock that I don't see ever happening. It was also back in January when Mahomes was seen as a 3rd day type QB and now they're talking about him in round 2. Plus Garrett at 3 doesn't seem realistic

lol I didn't think you did, I'm just commenting on how unrealistic it is now but how damn sweet it would be

Yeah, was like, "Dude, let me just imagine for a moment... I'll be back to reality shortly." :D

Did another one today while sitting around grading papers. I like it a lot, obviously. Lots of "Doubt its" and unrealistic trade offers (Washington giving up 2 firsts and a second with Garrett and Allen gone.

I'm still having a hard time imagining a scenario that doesn't have the Bears picking a QB at #3. Like wise, to help my imagination out, I can't see Garrett dropping to 3.
While I still can't see Garrett dropping to #3, I now feel the Bears will not take a QB at 3. Why, you ask? Jimmy G. If NE will take pick #3 for him and you are going to go qb at 3, he is the better option.

I believe Jimmy G isn't going anywhere now. I thought it was a negotiating tactic before, but enough people have stood by it sternly now. That I believe it.

Don't get me wrong, I'd be extremely happy if it we got him.
