That's fireball whiskey that WSU Coug is shotgunning. That school has been a long running joke up here in the PACNW that chronic alcoholics and losing sports teams are the only thing it produces. The term "Coug'd it" is actually become a often used cultural term to screwing something up bad or losing in horrible fashion.
