They used to be extra roster spots 41-50 now with the non IR roster capped at 40 they don't really serve a purpose as far as i know

In another keeper league it was a way of putting some of the rookies you might be sitting down. So you didn't see that player up top. Do believe once we know nobody is using it, it will be gone.
