Yes they are. It's just normally a rookie draft with most picks and a few FAs sprinkled in. After the draft all the undrafted go on WW and the waiver order is our draft order.

You didn't cut any players until after the draft. So your roster was full at 40.

Had hit the keeper admin rollover, you would have lost everybody. Next year I'm thinking everybody can keep what they want and cut what they want.
