I think you might get a LB or wr with a qb and you draft what you didn’t get . You have to figure you are paying at least 10 mil for the tier qb we will get

Let's not get carried away dad, 3 year vet of what, the league? Yes, but an UDFA journeyman who will never start in this league. He doesn't have the goods to play every down DB. You are actually considered a veteran after your rookie season. Doesn't mean chit.

According to the CBA, you are not a “vested veteran” until you have four years of experience.

I have never seen a worthwhile source for year two being a veteran.

I've heard that expression in the NBA, that year 2 you are a vet, maybe it's different in the NFL, i honesty haven't checked it out

Cooley broke down his ideal off-season for the Skins on Sheehan's podcast today.

Absolutely trade a #2 for Darnold.
Draft a LT

sign
Corey Davis 13m
Curtis Samuel 7m
Henry Hunter
Jayon Brown
Tre Boston

Bring back Darby

Not sure if the money works, but that's what he came up with.

I don’t see Corey Davis for 13 nor do I see Samuel for 7 million...not even close. I am guessing closer to

Corey Davis 13-16 million
Curtis Samuel 12-15 million
Hunter Henry 10-12 million
Jayon Brown 10-12 million
Tre Boston 9-11 million

i would pick Samuel out of that group. He has to be the #1 FA target on our list.

Why sign expensive wrs when we have a deep wr class ?
the debate is dean doesn’t think that Guys with 2/3 yrs in are vets , well fuck the ain’t rookies for 4 damn yrs !
I know what the CBA defines as a vet but fuck is our wr coach to fucking stupid to show a rookie a drill ?
is TMac , Harmon both sims and Wright to fucking stupid to emulate ?

we got people whining about huge future cap space but want to spend money ( big money ) on wrs
And by the way KBOS this rant has nothing to do with you
I like Davis or Samuel , but after you get Darnold you run out of cap space

Stick to the facts. We have people on here complaining about overpaying a guard when the market would not be close to that.

We have people on here wanting to pay market value for WRs. We have people on here wanting Samuel because we have seen QB play affect his output while expecting him to get lower pay. That is called value.

Now, you claim we can afford all of our DL FAs. Do you expect us to ever improve the team in FA? We all knew they would.

No we have people not using facts while complaint about signing an Og by saying we can’t sign all our d/ line when clearly the cap in future yrs clearly show we can .

now you can question will we . But we have the money to do so and I have posted the numbers
