I have to think that rating has to be based on the opinion that Barrett is gonna win the starting job. If he's starting Cardale is likely top 25-30.

Yeah Barrett will be higher and Brax will too. Probably bc Cardale only has 3 games under his belt.

The Buckeyes should have around 10 or 11 in the top 100 if my calculations are right.

Who do Ohio State fans want to see start or is it too early to tell? I'd like to hear it. It seems like the lean is Barrett and he is a stud, but man what Jones did with everything on the line against the best teams in the country.......there's something to be said for that. I'm sorry, but I want to see more of the kid. He played like such a man when the lights were bright. Cannon for an arm and how on Earth do you tackle that bull in the open field. He's gigantic.

I don't personally care. I don't see how any buckeye fan can be upset no matter who gets chosen. I'm just glad Braxton switched positions. That was all I cared about because I want to see him run with the ball.

He's a tremendous athlete and electric in the open field. The funny thing is he won back to back Big 10 player of the year awards as a QB and to me he was clearly the third best QB of the bunch. Talk about an embarrassment of riches at the most critical position on the field.

I don't think we can really go wrong, but honestly, I'd say Cardale. Barrett is a stud and will likely be one of the best 2nd string QBs in college history in terms of what they've done on the field. However, it's hard to ignore 47 PPG vs 3 top 13 teams when everything was on the line. I'd love to see what he can do when he has the full nod of confidence.

Should see about 5-6 ND players on the top 100 list:

Ronnie Stanley, OT
Jaylon Smith, LB
Will Fuller, WR
Nick Martin, OL

KeiVarae Russell is already on the list, and I could potentially see Sheldon Day in the top 60.

I'm guessing Max Redfield won't be on the list even though I've seen some projections have him as a 2nd rounder next year. Same with Corey Robinson at WR. But I doubt he's on there too.

Already see 2 players on there for hype alone. Jabrill Peppers & Jeremy Johnson

True. In Jeremy Johnson's case I think he's gonna light the muthafucker on fire though in that offense. I expect him to blow up.
