The numbers were calculated from the expansion year 2012 to the current year. Our Detroit Lions came in dead last and "by a wide margin". We are also the only team in the NFL with negative value on pick in rounds 4-7 during that time.

I'm thinking -- the Patriots are probably a close 2nd though. I didn't pull up the actual list to see where everyone is ranked.

Ok, you made a mistake, its 2002, not 2012. But no dispute here. Wish they had the numbers from 2009 to present, though, to be a better representation of Mayhew.
