Well - let's start with this link which includes this item from Skins GM Bruce Allen:

Allen said he’s had no conversations with other teams about trading for quarterback Kirk Cousins. “We have three quarterbacks who can win for us,” Allen said.

Kind of sounds like- as usual - ESPN is pulling things from their ass.

Well with the Kyle Shanny factor it makes sense that if Cle passes on a Qb with there 2 first round picks. It something to route for in the first round.

Something tells me they are NOT passing on a QB in this draft. It will be at #25, #35 or they make a trade with WASH. Another team that would be smart making a trade with WASH would be the Texans. Getting the #1 pick plus getting Cousins would be huge for them.

Because we need 2 starters now. Next years 3rd may not be this years 3rd. This draft class is as deep as anyone can remember. Next years may not be the case. Could you imagine getting a DL & OL at #34 & #35 respectively? That would be nice and not giving up this years 3rd. And I'm giving up next years 3rd to entice Cleveland to pull the trigger. Albeit, I would start off with Cousins and next years 5th.

when does it end ? when do we stop throwing away future picks ? we dont need 2 starters this year . we need to be patient and build this team the right way . plus KC is worth the straight up draft pick
