Forget about Cedar Hill and Desoto, replace them with Southlake Carroll, Trinity and Denton Guyer, although Cedar Hill and Desoto will be pretty good this year again.

I believe Max Preps has Cedar Hill ranked number 1 in the country.

I don't know man. I saw the #1 team from Arkansas (#4 in the country that year) come to Texas one year to play Trinity and the final score was 83-26, Trinity (that was a football score, btw). THen I saw Shreveport Evangel (Louisiana's powerhouse program) play Southlake Carroll and the score was 41-0, Carroll........in the 2nd quarter mind you. It's just a different level played out here in the Lone Star State. Not to mention, Texas high schools would whip up on the Ohio High schools every year in the Herbstreit Classic. I was probably exaggerating on how bad Hoover would get whipped, probably not by 4-5 TD's, but it wouldn't be close.

I watch every home game and most away games of my alma mater...and it isn't Union or Jenks. And the only reason I do is because one of my kids is a varsity cheerleader.

Union and Jenks are real good teams. But you have to realize that this IS Oklahoma...we don't have half the population to cull a football team as most of these schools from other states. Also Oklahoma just re-divisioned the 6A division. Jenks and Union don't have all of these smaller schools to whip up on every week like they used to. They get paired with other larger schools that have similar budgets.

They play Carroll on 9/5.

Nevermind, just saw Carroll's schedule. They're playing Union, not Jenks at Jerryworld. I may just have to go watch that one. Would rather watch Carroll play Jenks. Saw Desoto destroy Union last year; Carroll might drop 60 + on Union.....
