I find that highly unlikely, but it seems Ertz has very good things to say about how Bradford is looking, though he acknowledges his leg is not 100%.

Kissing the ass of his new QB? Probable. Still, interesting...

“We’ve been throwing for the past three weeks and I can honestly say I’ve thrown with Andrew, Nick and other guys, and I don’t think I’ve thrown with a guy who has a stronger arm than Sam Bradford,” Ertz said.

“He hasn’t been able to really truly get his full legs underneath him. But the ball still comes out effortlessly, and it’s a lot of fun to run routes with him.”

Bradford physically is the prototype for an NFL QB, I wouldn't be surprised at all f his arm is stronger than Luck's. It doesn't really mean much though, plenty of guys with rocket arms failed.

Bradford had Manning talent coming out and his first year. Guy's a stud if his knee holds up.

Arm talent was never the question with this guy. He can get skittish in the pocket and has a tendency to panic under pressure -- also injuries a big concern. Though this is a very QB friendly offense that is loaded with talent unlike STL, so he definitely has a chance to surprise IF he stays healthy.

I've never thought Luck had a rocket for an arm ... it's good enough, but his forte is decisions, anticipation and putting the ball in good spots. Bradford having a better arm to me isn't any kind of revelation. Bradford never had a good OL in St Louis and he didn't play in a spread like he will here. Here he'll have a much better line than he ever had with the Rams, will be in an Offense similar to what he ran in college and will have plenty of Offensive pieces including one of the best running games in the league. Night and day from what he had in St Louis.

Sam Bradford was not in a first rate operation in St Louis. Look at the Offensive Coordinators, the Quarterback coaching…was there any at all and so you add it all up and it was below average not to mention the Medical Care and Rehab in St Louis. Coming to Philadelphia that has all changed. Let us not forget many consider him the most accurate thrower in the NFL. I for one am anxious to see him get out on the field and light it up.

All this is true, but if Chip doesn't beef up the O-line, the line will only be average, and resemble last year's, especially if Mathis leaves.

Mathis can't go anywhere and Chip said he's had no offers in two years. I'd imagine he plays out his contract and then walks. With good tackles and center we'll be fine.

Yeah/ A 34 year old guard making $5-6M per year is pretty good. He really is unlikely to make more anywhere else, so at the end of the day, I think he is back here. He probably is very mindful that his clock is ticking, and would like to maximize his income over the next few years. Thus why this keeps coming up. But also at the end of the day, a holdout that affects his income doesn't do him any good either.

I didn't mean he would leave on his own, but if chip does find a trade offer for him. He is a good Guard. Our O-line may be good, meaning above average, but what we need is a dominant line, which we used to have. Hate to say it, but one equal to Dallas is what we need to have a chance to be a SB contender. And, we need to fill the pipeline with studs as backups, which again, we don't have. Being real here.

When we have a QB that makes good decisions and gets the ball out quickly this line will look really good again. Add that to an improved running attack and they will be fine.

Bradford might be the best QB in the NFL when he wears the red jersey.

....you may choke on that tea when you see Foles do his thing in the pocket. Underthrown passes are definitely an issue with him.

I hope Chip finds a few diamonds in the rough like Jason peters....remember he was an undrafted free agent and now he is one of the best LT in the league. We need to get Bradford as much protection as possible.

Bradford was looking pretty good in 2013 before he got hurt. If he can stay healthy, I think he can be a fringe top 10 QB. He never had legit receiving weapons in Stl.

I'll take Foles and that $1.45 million tea all day over the weenie boy Bradford and his $16 million Kool-aid. Not to mention, we gonna run the ball and knock people out on defense - that's our gameplan.

You'll see

This was a trade of two promising players...both with flaws. The change in scenery may do them both good. Wouldn't hurt my feeling at all to see a Rams v. Eagles NFC Championship game.

Wait until you see Bradford in a real O. And you better hope your D is what it should be. Fisher has never had a great O.

Gotta admit I am already psyched for the season. Want to see:
- Foles in St. Louis
- Maclin in KC
- Shady in Buffalo
- ?? at RB in Dallas
- Murray, Bradford, Kiko, Maxwell, Agholor, Rowe in Philly.

Heck, even the fourth preseason game will have some buzz as Tebow and Barkley fight it out. :)
