GM says Embiid has 'very minor meniscal' tear

I love this kid and I love Gronk. Both are studs, love to be themselves, seem to have clean fun...............but the injuries, the crazy injuries. I am wondering how serious his injury prowness is. Personally, I would sit him for many games, maybe until yeear end, and make sure the knee issue is just a flare.

Remember Blake getting injured? I feel like these teams with studs nowadays just run their young players into the ground. Yeah they are young but just coming into the NBA when you run every play through them its going to eventually catch up to you. Especially when they are still young and developing physically and IQ wise. Im sure you saw how the Sixers ran their offense, Embiid on a 20 min restriction getting the ball every play lol. Especially when the teams suck still, it gets more risky imo.

I think NBA teams are far more cautious with their young players than they used to be.

20 years ago, I question whether Embiid would have missed a start.

He's not another Gronk. Embiid is way funnier than Gronk

Nope, not the same. Embiid wouldn't tolerate cheating from his team.

Looks like there could be similarities. Hopefully for Embid's sake he's going to get healthy for the long term, same with Gronk.
