Email Nuisance

I just received over 100 emails from SportsHoopla that I don't want. I hate to sue them the first week here.

I've gone to my account and unchecked all alerts. Will that get rid of the emails?

Same issue- I had 0 emails the first week, Suddenly 94 just rolled in all at once. Hate to bother Hammer again... I started a thread in the general forum but what the guy suggested doesn't even come up for me.

Ok, try this.

Click on your name at the top right.

Then look at the left side for alert preferences.

Choose no email alerts

I've had 7 more, so apparently what I've done hasn't worked.

I think what you need to do is click on your name at the top and go the the part that says Privacy. You will see something called "Receive site mailings." Uncheck that one and see if that works.

I don't have the problem - and I don't have the option in my account - that I can find.

Hmmm well maybe @HammerDown knows what to do to fix that. I am out of ideas. I can't remember what I did to stop those from coming because I had the same thing.
