Elway - Bolles to compete for LT with Wilkerson

Elway: There will be an open competition at left tackle between Garett Bolles and Elijah Wilkinson

I did not see greatness in Wilkerson's play last year at RT. I saw bewilderment a for times - I saw lunging - I saw falling, but not greatness. I hope Munchack is right about Wilkerson, but it looks like a long trip from Wilkerson last year to a starting LT this year.

I too think we will sign a vet FA to push for PT...

I also think it is Bolles job to lose.

I’ll be surprised if there isn’t another tackle brought in to also compete/depth. That might arrive via a trade (anyone need a TE or WR?) or a cut from another team. You know, to compete at OT1 or OT2.
