Yep and I doubt Elway would be playing golf if a bitter divorce was about to happen. Just amazed how concerned people got over the delay or that it wasn't going to happen.

My guess is that ownership is off of the table until the family settles with who and how the organization will be run. His new contract might have some language in it that makes an ownership stake a possibility once everything has been settled moving forward. From what I understand, there's still a lot up in the air regarding who is going to own and run the Broncos. Outside of that, I was never worried that Elway wouldn't get locked up. The Broncos know how much he means to the team and the community, plus he's done a good job.

For now, get it done! In Elway we trust.

Yeah, I read that the 60% of ownership Pat has is in some kind of trust, and will be given to the person who shows they are ready for ownership or some such thing. I doubt Elway is made owner until after Pat dies.

Yeah he finished in top 10 at celebrity golf tourney .Best finish for him I believe. Don't think he's feeling any stress anywhere.
