Yeah but a lack of experience factors more heavily when it comes to the defensive positions. Kampfer does add another dimension to the offense though, and like you said, speed is definitely needed for Boston.

To be honest, I don't think he meant to deliver a cheap shot, just a big hit. The problem was he was late so Boychuk wasn't expecting the hit. I don't think Downie would get cheap at that point of the game down 1.

He left the game with like 7-8 mins left and had 16 mins ice time. In comparison Marc Bergeron from TB played 19 mins and is one of the better d-men they have.
