Also shopping boykin.

Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports that the Eagles are fielding trade offers for ILB Mychal Kendricks right now.

  • Ian Rapoport confirms that Kendricks is believed to be available for trade and adds that the Eagles may also trade CB Brandon Boykin for the right price.

Really stupid to trade Kendricks when Ryan's is 45 years old and injured.

Talk about cluster fucks...

Possibly extending Bradford and trading Kendricks...WTF Chip.

You don't get rid of you 3rd best defender from a team that needs all the D help it can get.

Assuming he's 100% Kiko is Kuechly-esque. Can't wait.

Which would be awesome and even more awesome to have Kendricks beside him. We would then have one of the best LB squads in the league.

So why get rid of one? Ryans is who should be gone and it shouldn't even be a thought.

Kendricks also would be tough to re-sign. Chip likes Demeco's leadership. MK doesn't fit Chip's criteria.

We don't know what goes on behind closed doors when it comes to "money talk". Kendricks may want 3-4 OLB pass rusher type money as a free agent next season. I think they'll get someone to give them a 2nd though; plenty of talent and heading into his prime years.

While I would like Kiko and Kendricks together, Chip seemingly disagrees.

The writing has been on the wall for awhile now. I figured Ryans would have been the odd man out. But then he got his new deal and Graham was resigned. Chip loves Ryans leadership and has taken veiled shots at Kendricks inability to stay healthy. But it is odd with how many players we brought in with injury histories.

If we really trade Kendricks for a 2nd round pick I'll be absolutely livid. If you're going to use him as a trade chip for Mariota -- I can justify that….If you trade him just for a 2nd round pick and use that on another player in this draft you're out of your god damn mind. Kendricks in a 24year old budding star at ILB.

If he's used for Mariota, okay…if not, I'm going to be really pissed. I knew Kendricks was a goner when we extended Ryans -- but it better be for Mariota.

Say we do trade up for Mariota and then use Kendricks to get a 2nd round pick to draft one of Green-Beckham, Dorsett, Strong, Agholor or Smith? Would you be happy with getting another young WR for Mariota to grow with? Having Matthews, Agholor or Smith and Huff would be real nice. Hopefully Ertz still as well.

I'd gladly Keep Kendricks and draft Chris Conley or Tre McBride in the 3rd. Year after year there's a deep WR draft class. Kiko and Kendricks would be an all-star line up at MLB. I'm not trading a 24 year old budding star at ILB for a 2nd round pick - the same pick he was drafted.

Would love to keep Kendricks as well, but the reality is in the Eagles scheme, they prefer to keep the ILBs and the DBs on the field nearly 100% of the time. DL and OLB are rotational positions that generally play about 2/3s for the starters and 1/3 for the backups.

There simply is not enough Playing Time for three healthy ILBs, and its a short lived luxury to keep any one of these guys on the bench. If they can move Kendricks for Randall or Rowe, they will be putting a guy on the field that should be there nearly 100% of the time, and be under contract for four years rather than one. Kendricks at this point looks like sorely needed insurance for a couple of other guys with health issues. Insurance they arguably need, but its hard to prioritize insurance over a guy that would actually be virtually guaranteed to play.
