Dynasty Mock Draft


There was a Dynasty draft that occurred where you picked the best players who at least played from 1990-Present time. The object was to field the best team to win a Super Bowl. You picked guys and we are basing them when they were in their prime. After we drafted we held a playoff on whose team would win against each other. I think I'd take team Marino. Would love to see Jerry VS Deion. Team Young would have more success on the ground, and be able to stop Marino's ground game. However, it would struggle via air vs the strengths of Marino's defense (pass rush and coverage). Young's scrambling would be negated by LT/Jackson combo. Ultimately, I think team Young would not be able to keep pace with team Marino. No LB on Young's team could cover LT2 out of the backfield, which would force them to play zone which Marino would destroy. Young's safties weren't very good tracking the ball so I could see them get beat deep too by AJ and Marshall. I think the only hope for team Young would be a better coach than what team Marino has. It would take a Jimmy Johnson level coach VS Brad Childress for them to come out victorious.

It was my fault thinking Cowboy fans could follow simple instructions Just busting your balls. No one is forcing a gun to your head to vote but don't see how you can vote on this thread but not on the voting thread? Oh well thanks everyone for their input on the 2 teams.

I had Larry Allen. Rest of my OL was Erik Williams(in his prime), Nate Newton, Mark Stepnoski, and Tony Boselli. I lost to team Marino, who had a three man defensive front of C Doleman(4-3 end) Dontari Poe(fat turd) and S Rice(4-3 end). Whatever LOL
