I know Heat fans know this. But im surprised what he has done, and in 32 mins. Very positive for Miami indeed.

The best possible storyline is the Miami Heat vs the Cleveland Cavs in the opening round of the 2015 playoffs.

I think Riley did an admirable job adding some good pieces when Lebron left. The only real questions for Miami were going to be whether or not D-Wade could stay healthy and Bosh could be the player he was in Toronto.

So far, the answer to both seems to be yes, which makes the Heat very dangerous in the East.

They are still a great team but it's early on the DWade watch. His health has been such an issue the last couple of years that I would say wait until mid-season to start judging this team.

I honestly think DWade's health played a big role in why LBJ left. He and Bosh were carrying Wade a lot last year.

There's nothing good about that story line because it would mean the Heat were not nearly as successful as Heat fans expected

ECF not opening round then Id agree.

Wade has some major legacy work to do

He's already an all time great whatever happens this year, but yeah, if he's Miami's MVP and they make the finals, then no doubt Wade's legacy will get a boost.

Are you suggesting that Wade's All Time stock doesn't go waaaaay up if he makes a Finals this year?

Uhh no?

But your comment implied that he needed legacy work.

Everything he does from now on is just gravy he doesn't NEED to do anything regarding his legacy

20 & 10 tonight for Wade

He always had it in him. Too bad he relied to much on LBJ when he could be as clutch as anyone before he arrived. Good to see him go!

Wade's legacy was solidified in 2006. He had arguably the greatest finals series any NBA player has ever had. He's also got 3 rings total and is the Heat's version of Jordan (not saying he's MJ, but you get the point).

Lebron's the one who has some legacy work to go still.

Wade beats Lebron in the playoffs at this point and its more than just gravy, imo

Im not implying that Wade has a bad legacy. Im saying that his peak was small and Lebron has dwarfed the rest of the game for so many years as the league's best player. Lebron leaving Miami means something.
