I heard Coach Cutcliffe on a local Charlotte Sports Talk Radio station and he said something that I'll never forget and I'll always admire him for this. He said something along the lines of "When you, as a coach, commit to a program and a group of kids and you recruit these kids and you coach them and you see them grow, you have a commitment to see it through. I don't understand all of these coaching changes. I don't get what these coaches are chasing. They are chasing something that's already been built. I choose to build it up myself. It's much more rewarding that way." If only other coaches had the same mindset as Coach Cutcliffe. He's a stand up coach and I wish him and Duke Football nothing but the best in the future.
