I dont know if anyone else is watching this series but who ever survives this series and i do mean survive in every sense of the word will have nothing left for the winner of the kings/sharks series.

Ducks lost Robidas last game, this game 2 more of their Dmen got dropped so they are playing with four, i believe Getzlaf left the game.

Dallas lost a dman and Jamie Benn left the game limping. Fucking brutal.

All the more reason for the sharks to close out tomorrow night.

PS anyone else find it funny to hear Beaudreu bitching about cheap shots on his players while he coaches Corey Perry a guy who was slashing and spearing at Vlasics head when he was down on the ice?

yeah, I havent had a chance to watch much of the series but it sounds like one of the most brutal series in a while. Top guys are dropping like flies. Hell if you include backes on stl and seabrook's suspension, it seems unusually rough.

Speaking of which, any updates on wingels or braun? If they are healthy, then no problem, but losing either, though especially braun, would be realllly rough since irwin is a huge downgrade.

As you said, all the more reason to give it a great effort to take it in 4. The ducks series has at least 4 days left, possibly a full week and then another 3 days till the second round. That's upwards of 9-10 days of rest if the sharks can close it out in 4. That does wonders, and if dallas pulls it off, then they get to have all that rest at home and face a weary dallas squad. Even starting on the road against ANA sans robidas and with a banged up getzlaf while all your team has had over a week to rest and heal would bode very well.

The other conference aint so easy either with stl going to OT again in a game 4 and barrie being knocked out for colorado. Basically, everyone is getting key top players knocked around, so it's really shaping up nicely.

This is probably the best chance the sharks have had to make a real run. They already have two real character W's, so one more tomorrow would be massive!

Nothing on either, but Pollock didnt seem to suggest that either might miss a game either. Braun was back on the bench at games end so he in theory is good. Wingels on the other hand just from watching him might have a shoulder/hand problem. Hopefully its just a stinger and he will be fine.

Good news both the Stars and Hawks won, guess we will see tomorrow what kind of shape the boys are in, hope nemo is ready to steal a game and end this series
