Like. When you hire a coach, you normally get several assistants that have been with him for several years. Azzinarro was part of the deal from day one and I suspect is just as influential to the Defense as Billy Davis. They hired Az first and had already decided to go to a 3-4 before hiring Davis.

Jury's out on Billy Davis as far as I am concerned. But I think Chip hired some solid position coaches.

I'm fine with Billy Davis. I wasn't early on. But i think chip's O has left him out to dry from time to time.

Billy Davis is average but clearly has a ton of talent and good support. That they have to make serious adjustments each week is pretty telling.
