This serves as a good example of why you can't simply count on high draft picks to fill a role.... Moch was a third rounder and has yet to play a down. Frankly I'll be shocked if he ever sees the field.

Not if the ingredients listed were on the banned substance list. It's amazing to me what players take, and then claim that they "didn't know". The list is available to every player in the NFL and there is a number they can call 24 hours a day to ask questions or get information on drugs. It's up to the player to know what goes into their body. Whether it's from a kid's syrup or migrane medication, they have to know.
Not saying it makes complete sense...but, they do know the rules, there are services available to them to help them avoid these kinds of mistakes, and if they get nailed...the onus is on them.
