Nothing to get excited about for now, unless HB, Green, and Douglas get hurt, I don't see many minutes on the big squad for Dom.

Could Dom be a part of a package to get a better player though?

McGuire isn't under contract with the Golden State Warriors..... just the SC Warriors. Any team could sign him, we don't own his rights.

McGuire wasn't re-signed at the start of last year because Jackson/the Warriors saw Green filling that role of defensive specialist for the 2/3/4 positions...... and obviously Draymond has done so more than adequately. The only way McGuire would get signed and brought up to Golden State is if there's a key injury (e.g. if Green's ankle is seriously hurt), or if a trade re-shapes the roster. Aside from that, he's just on exhibit for other teams.
