Disagree... I've heard the same rhetoric for 26 years. "Don't panic... Overreacting... It's only April..." Etc...

But the bullpen is overrated. The infield is weak defensively. They have no strategy or approach to situational hitting and the manager makes suspect moves. The reason the Giants have won of late is because every player puts the team needs before their self interest. It's a culture. The Dodgers do not have this culture. Now, you can disagree all you want, but I have 26 years of proof.

Absoultley no reason Puig should be sitting again, if this shit is gonna continue than I'm not gonna enjoy having 4 capable outfielders, trade Ethier already in this case.

Dodgers looked pretty good today. Nice to see Beckett come through with a solid, if abbreviated, performance and Puig go deep.

Where are all the naysayers when the Dodgers play well and win? A one game lead in April is nothing, but when you read what some people have to say, you'd think they were half a dozen games below .500 and 7 games out already.

A 162 games makes for a long season with a lot of ups and downs. Dodgers fans should be pretty optimistic.

What's interesting is that the Dodgers could be up by 3 games or so, if it wasn't for Jansen blowing a couple of games, wich is not common for him. And the team hasn't even hit all cylinders yet, we still have Kershaw & Ellis out. With that being said, we do have to improve our defense, I also believe our bullpen will be fine though.

They have had kinda of a funky start with the whole Australia thing & getting back to playing everyday, I believe May will be a month were this team plays with more continuity & solidarity, let's just stay away from the injury bug this season.
