Great win against clearly the best team in baseball.
Graveman should be closing games right now. Montero is just too wild.

What a catch by Evan White
Dude is an absolute stud with the glove

Graveman is the better reliever and he came in for the 7th with the game on the line against Turner and Smith so I think that was 100% the right call. Regardless I'd prefer someone else getting leverage opportunities over Montero right now, like Middleton or Vest. However looks like Servais is finally managing a bullpen like he should, going more situational rather then "inning roles" and "defined closer" so I honestly can't complain if this is the direction its going. He's finally adapting a bit.Great win against clearly the best team in baseball.

its a bummer France got hurt and hopefully its just a couple of days but the silver lining is if he is still at 3rd, no way he makes that play and the Mariners likely dont winThis is a must see. Hot damn!
Wow. I didn’t see your posted and posted the exact same thing!!Tough Loss... Marco pitched a gem... But so did, Urias to the extent of 11K's and 0 ER's... Reminded me of the days when Felix would pitch lights out but we'd still lose...
Actually an insane stat that won’t hold up the rest of the season for this team. Just like how the bullpen has been lights out.
I looked at it two ways; 1- Those are the kind of losses that don't bum me because they are one swing from tying it. 2- Your point. The defense and pitching was outstanding in those games and losing them is a waste. The M's have had a nice start to the season and getting the split with the Dodgers is great, but two 1-0 losses this early into the season is pretty concerning to me. Can't be wasting those pitching performances.

The 1-0 losses aren’t bad IMO because they faced studs and held in check one of the better offenses. Wasting the performances is an issue but losing 1-0 vs 11-0 is a moral victory (sucks saying that) but it is.The M's have had a nice start to the season and getting the split with the Dodgers is great, but two 1-0 losses this early into the season is pretty concerning to me.
